Select Structural Options

Process: New Construction Home

During this important stage, you will select the structural options in your home, such as a gourmet kitchen, extended patio, cozy fireplace additions, and much more.


Structural options may vary between floorplan. 

Sales Agreement

Process: Quick Move-In Home | New Construction Home

Upon completing the sales agreement, the pre-qualification letter and deposit will be submitted to your New Home Sales Professional. 


Design Selection

Most people agree that one of the most exciting parts of building a new home is the design selection. At this appointment, you will finalize the home design elements that have been specially curated for you and your family by our professional team.

During the construction phase, you will receive consistent communication from your New Home Sales Professional and Construction Superintendent to update you on the progress of your new home.

New Home Orientation

Near the final stages of your home’s construction, you will attend a New Home Orientation with your Construction Superintendent who will walk you through your new home and provide useful guidelines for regular home maintenance. These procedures have been developed to help you keep your home in good condition and optimal working order.

Closing

At closing, we will finalize your loan details and title paperwork. Once the closing is complete, you will receive the keys to your new Hakes Brothers home.

Move-In

After a final cleaning, your new home is ready for move-in.
